Charis Education and Training CET Global) is the Educational Department of Charis Community Trust Global (CCT Global). Charis Education and Training exist to train, equip, and empower individuals and teams to achieve excellence in their endeavours. We believe that everyone has God’s gifts and talents within them, and our aim is to nurture those gifts and talents to flourish and prosper. Whilst some may need help in identifying those gifts and talents, others already know what they have but need encouragement to achieve those heights. Our aim is to challenge the mind to think of greater possibilities, promote creativity and empower outworking of initiatives and services to humanity.

Welcome from the CEO
Michael Debrah

Charis promotes equality and encourages individuals to share achievements, and failures to learn from them, and to support each other. We pride ourselves in the training of individuals as well as teams to take positive action and encourage wise decisions on real-life sustainability and growth. We empower individuals to transform their societies and communities through carefully constructed training programmes designed to nurture, inspire and enhance productivity. We believe in equality, identity, diversity, and inclusion and as such encourage awareness of cultural practices as integral in individual and communal development. We ensure continuous development of all participants through mentoring, monitoring, reviews, and evaluation of our programmes and projects.
